Ingredients for roast beef recipe
2 Kg of beef
600 g Medium sized potatoes
25 Teaspoon Freshly Ground black pepper
5 Teaspoon Mustard power
2 Tablespoon Olive oil
5 Teaspoon salt
Method of preparation for roast beef recipe
oven preheated to 220C.
add beef to a large roast tin and brush up with oil .
now mix slat , mustard , pepper and water ( little ) to make them into a paste .
now apply the paste over the beef.
now roast the beef in center about 20min at 190C .
on the other side Wash and peel the skin and slice the potatoes into two half and add tthis to a pan.
add salted water and cover lightly and boil for about 10mins .
now add these potatoes around the beef and cover with fat
roast the potatoes until 60-70mins until golden crisp and for every 20mins coat with the fat from the beef.
