Ingredients for Pumpkin muffin recipe :

2 eggs ( Beaten & kept aside )
3/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 Tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp ground cloves

Method of preparation : baking pumpkin muffins

Muffin pan – grease and flour the pan.
Oven preheated to 400 Degree .
Mix wet ingredients : oil , eggs ( beaten eggs ) and sugar . now add pumpkin and water and blend them .
Now in a new bowl mix the dry ingredients -baking soda, baking powder, baking flour, salt and spices .
Now add the wet mixture to this and chocolate chips and stir well .
Pour this batter into the greased muffin pan .
keep this in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25mins .
