Beef stew recipe ( crock pot stew )

Beef stew recipe ingredients

•1Kg beef stew meat ( cut the stew beef into chunks )
•3 Large red potatoes ( cut them into 1 inch pieces )
• some baby carrots
•a cup of beef broth CONDENSED
•200ml tomato sauce
•½ teaspoon black pepper
•¾ Cup flour
•1½ teaspoon salt
•one can peas ( optional added at last hour of cooking )
•½ Cup Kikoman LITE soy sauce
•1 Large onion ( keep the onion chopped )
•1 teaspoon paprika

Method for cooking beef stew recipe ( crock pot stew )

Add the potatoes to the bottom of the crock pot and now add the carrots and onion over it and then place the beef in the center.

Take a bowl and mix soy sauce black pepper , flour ,salt and paprika mix them well.

Now whisk in tomato sauce and beef broth – add this mixture to the crock pot .

Cook in medium flame for about 7-8 hours ( until the meat is tender ).

Delicious beef stew recipe is served .
