Profit or not profit organization & about size : understanding what strategic plan goes on in a not profit organization and whatz on a profit concerned organization . strategic plans for the non profit organizations are mostly concerned with the development of the organization’s board , raising fund for their organization and managing their volunteers . on the other hand the name it self defines their strategic plans – yes profit oriented company’s strategic plans target on the skyrocketing their profits.

Related to size and nature people : the small business and non profit organizations carryout their strategic plan in a way that doesn’t coincide with the large ones and this applies for large organizations too. they both have some similar plans but different for the small ones.

organizations also conduct the planning activities in a different approach on basis of the mentality of the people ( staffs or participants of the org ) . yes you got the point – on basis of the nature of the people the org has to decide the strategic plan has to be in a linear style ( top to down spread ) or  a radial organic approach in case of the staffs and board are highly reflective & artistic people.

  • Builds a nice relationship along the entire pyramid ( from basic staffs to board – though not profit or profit )

  • as the above said point occurs it will increase productivity
  • provides the base for the plan ensures that we have already started

“Strategic planning : better start half done”

when we have bought a puppy start training – yes we have start our strategic plans from the day we have defined our mission ( mission of te organization ) but note there are changes regarding to the organization . let us get that clear – we should start in way ” this is a plan for 5 years , this is plan for 7 years ” this will result in failures sometimes. analyze the nature of our company if that is a trendy and gadget related org that means  it has to change and device the shorter strategic plan  . as our predators may finish us off and take a step ahead in the game . so start an analyzed strategic plan regarding the nature and environmental pressure resulting us a delighting success. yes we are half done .

When all should we do : a strategic plan is started when and all  new things arise . yes you got it -  though it is a problem ( change in strategy ) or an expansion of the org and somewhat similar to this . it is just like kicking the goal each time – but every time we must device a new strategy to pass the goal to each one to result a successful goal . often update the reports and do have regular checkpoints

in  strategic planning we must checkout  the action plans are perfect and does it reach . after devicing the action plan take a reverse tour to make the most out of it and get a medium level  foolproof plan ( coz their is no perfect foolproof  strategic plan – it fails sometimes – hey have a baaaackup ). check whether the action plans reaches  everyone in a correct sense . as the ball passes corretly throughout our team then close your eyes we will hear the crowd cheering the goal .

strategic planning sure solves major problems and it is lighthouse for success ( even i have strategic plans for developing my blog ).
